When a hotel is to be built, we begin by implementing a comprehensive
pre-opening program. From the beginning, we manage the necessary
research, design, contracting, staffing, marketing, operating
and accounting systems.
The development and operation of a hotel property in today's dynamic
and competitive market requires a dedicated, diverse and experienced
management team. From architects to accountants, purchasing
to personnel, we bring a diverse and talented collection of people
together to focus on each asset. All of whom are accredited
and certified according to their specialty. Currently our
corporate management team is comprised of industry certified sales
and marketing professionals, certified public accountants, registered
architects and professional engineers.
Through our experience, affiliates and contacts, our team stays
current with the newest operating techniques, the latest marketing
programs, and one of the most innovative food and beverage directions
in the industry. This permits us to cross-pollinate ideas
and methods, and adopt the most appropriate systems for each hotel.
